  • Administration von Clients / Thin Clients und Microsoft Server sowie Domänen-Landschaft
  • Anwenderbetreuung bei Standardsoftware im 1st-Level-Support bei Anwenderproblemen von Software bzw. Hardware
  • Steuerung und Ãœberwachung der betrieblichen Abläufe im Windows-Umfeld
  • Arbeitseinweisung von Mitarbeitern

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene fachspezifische Berufsausbildung oder Studienabschluss im Bereich Informationstechnologie
  • Bereits erster Berufserfahrung im Bereich Informationstechnologie
  • Kommunikative, organisatorische und berufsspezifische Fähigkeiten
  • Mindestens ein C1-Sprachniveau in Deutsch sowie gute Kenntnisse in Englisch
