Manager, Software Engineering

DUTIES: Lead a team of software engineers in the design, development, and implementation of enterprise applications; oversee the implementation of software applications and systems; build scalable system design, data modeling, performance optimization and trade off analysis; collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements; define system architecture and ensure adherence to design and coding standards; manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion; conduct code reviews and ensure quality assurance processes are followed; troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in development and production environments; coordinate with cross-functional teams including QA and operations; ensure applications meet performance, scalability, and security requirements; participate in process improvements and adoption of software development best practices.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or as a Software Engineer, Tech Lead, Project Manager, or in a related/similar position.
