Requirements

10+ years of experience in Mainframe technologies
Strong understanding of Mainframe Modernization and Legacy Migration
Hands-on experience with mandatory Mainframe technologies:
CICS
VSAM
COBOL
JCL
DB2
MQ
Zeke
Changeman

Experience in building and managing team composition for migration projects

Strong troubleshooting and triaging skills for production issues using Mainframe tools

Knowledge of Java and distributed solutions is a strong plus

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to collaborate effectively across the organization

Understanding and experience of Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC)

Experience in preparing Business Requirements Specification (BRS) documentation

Experience working in an Agile environment
