Job description
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions for Medicare Services initiatives across Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
- Build and optimize Marketing Cloud assets including Journeys, Email Studio, templates, Content Builder, and Marketing Cloud Connect.
- Develop Apex classes, triggers, and custom APIs while leveraging out-of-the-box Salesforce APIs and standard REST APIs.
- Create and refine responsive emails and UI components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript based on supplied Figma designs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, technology leadership, product, and DevOps to resolve roadblocks and deliver increments.
- Apply SDLC, change management, GitHub, and DevOps practices to ensure quality and automation.
- Contribute to broader application architecture and integration patterns.
Requirements
Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance., * 5+ years of development experience on the Salesforce platform, including Apex and API integrations.
- 3+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, templates, and related components.
- Proficiency with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud, REST APIs, authentication, and authorization.
- Hands-on experience with UI design and email development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Figma assets.
- Experience with SDLC, change management, GitHub, and DevOps tools and processes.
- Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders at varying technical levels and articulate problem statements.
- Proven ability to self-learn, remove impediments, and improve standards and quality.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as DevAssist AI and GitHub Copilot.
Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
