Job description

Probleme bei Störungen und Fehlern lösen - auch im Kontakt mit dem Anwender

  • interne und externe Anwender beraten
  • Software und IT-Systeme in bestehenden Systemumgebungen planen, installieren, integrieren und migrieren
  • komplexe EDV-Systeme den Anforderungen entsprechend anpassen
  • Projektmanagement und Systemdokumentation
  • Software- und Systemaktualisierung

Dauer:

Die Ausbildung dauert drei Jahre und beginnt am 1. September.

Ausbildungablauf:

Neben der praktischen Ausbildung im Landratsamt Biberach, Amt für Organisation und Digitalisierung, findet der Berufsschulunterricht an der Karl-Arnold-Schule in Biberach statt.

Requirements

Mittlere Reife

  • Interesse und Verständnis für Informations- und Kommunikationssysteme

  • Grundkenntnisse in der EDV (Windows-Betriebssysteme, sonstige DV-Anwendungen wie z. B. MS Office)

  • Interesse an Teamarbeit und am Umgang mit Menschen
  • analytisches, logisches und strukturelles Denken
  • sorgfältiges und genaues Arbeiten
