· Coordinate internal resources, contractors, and vendors to support successful delivery.

· Manage vendor commitments, deliverables, schedules, dependencies, and financial performance.

· Validate vendor progress against contractual or project commitments.

· Apply project management best practices consistently across assigned initiatives.

· Provide lessons learned and recommendations that improve future project and portfolio performance.

· Lead project meetings, steering discussions, status reviews, working sessions, and decision-making forums.

Project & Program Financial Management

· Own budgeting, forecasting, financial tracking, and financial reporting for assigned projects and/or programs throughout the lifecycle, including developing and maintaining accurate budgets and forecasts based on approved scope, resource plans, vendor commitments, and delivery schedules.

· Track actual and forecasted expenditures against approved project and program budgets.

· Identify and explain budget variances, forecast changes, and actual spend.

· Ensure project and program financial information is current, supportable, and accurately represented in portfolio-level reporting.

· Support capital planning and funding activities, including preparation of project cost estimates and required financial documentation.

Portfolio Reporting & Executive Visibility

· Provide accurate, timely, and concise project and program information for inclusion in portfolio-level reporting, including status, financial forecasts, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and key decisions.

· Prepare clear project and program status reports, dashboards, financial summaries, and executive-level updates that translate complex information into concise, decision-oriented communication for senior leadership.
