Automated Information Systems Analyst / NALCOMIS Systems Administrator

Job title: Senior Automated Information Systems Analyst / NALCOMIS Systems Administrator Location: Onsite, Fort Worth, TX, USA Work authorization: Must have DoD SECRET clearance

Role Summary:

Provide administration and technical support for Naval Tactical Command Support System (NTCSS) environments, including NALCOMIS OOMA/OIMA and associated systems, networks, and virtual environments. The role supports system availability, security, maintenance, troubleshooting, and operational users.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain NTCSS environments, NALCOMIS OOMA/OIMA, associated virtual machines, and supporting systems.
• Perform system and network administration, account management, backups, security configuration, and routine maintenance.
• Monitor system availability and performance; troubleshoot incidents, interfaces, and connectivity issues.
• Apply required security updates and controls, including vulnerability/IAVA remediation, antivirus updates, and security scanning.
• Support system interfaces, reports, and operational requirements; coordinate issue resolution with Government personnel and site representatives.
• Respond to outages and after-hours support needs in accordance with the PWS response requirements.
• Prepare required technical documentation and deliverables, participate in meetings, and follow site policies, OPSEC, and security procedures.
• Provide technical assistance and user support/training as required., * IAT Level II certification for work role code 451 (System Administrator), current as required by the PWS.
• Complete required annual information assurance training and maintain 20 continuing-education hours annually by September 30.
• Complete Government-provided local-mandate training; contractor is responsible for technical training required for performance.

• Must have DoD SECRET clearance
• At least 10 years of general IT/IS/computer experience.
• At least 6 years of specialized experience in systems/network administration, LAN and telecommunications, and standard desktop configurations.
• Experience with Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 11, and Microsoft Office Professional, as specified in the PWS.
• At least 10 years of aviation maintenance administration experience, including organizational-level (O-level) and intermediate-level (I-level) NALCOMIS/OOMA/OIMA.
• Experience serving as both a NALCOMIS Database Administrator (DBA) and Systems Administrator (SA).
• Senior-level technical expertise equivalent to military E-6 or above.
