Job description

A rapidly expanding healthcare AI company is seeking a Senior Implementation Manager to guide medical practices and health systems through the adoption of its technology, from the first kickoff meeting to a successful go-live. Working on three- to six-week deployment cycles, you will independently lead complex rollouts involving new specialties, new products, and multiple sites, serving as the primary contact for everyone from office managers to Chief Medical Officers. You will partner with a dedicated Forward Deployed Engineer to translate customer needs into clear technical requirements and coordinate with product, customer success, and sales so every handoff runs smoothly. Beyond individual deployments, you will analyze user behavior and customer outcomes to identify high-impact product improvements, then work with engineering to define solutions and measure results. As part of a specialty-focused pod, you will build deep expertise in specific areas of medicine while creating the scalable processes, automated tools, and playbooks that will shape the implementation function as it grows. This role comes with a competitive salary and an equity stake in the company’s success.

Requirements

  • Four to six years of experience in consulting, implementation management, or a similar post-sales role, along with a bachelor’s degree
  • A proven record of owning complex, multi-stakeholder implementations from start to finish, ideally with enterprise, MSO, or health system accounts, and the confidence to handle difficult conversations with executives such as CMOs and VPs
  • Skill in turning business needs and customer feedback into actionable engineering requirements, plus experience building or managing internal tools such as dashboards, ticketing systems, or reporting infrastructure
  • Proficiency with efficiency tools like SQL, Claude Code, or Retool, with healthcare, health tech, or AI experience and familiarity with EHR systems (Epic, Athena, NextGen, eClinicalWorks) or VoIP platforms (RingCentral, Twilio) a strong plus
  • U.S. work authorization, with the company open to visa transfers such as OPT and H-1B transfers; relocation assistance is not available
