  • Use Agile metrics and team insights to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Support coordination of dependencies, risks, and integration points across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders for alignment on scope, progress, and risks.
  • Contribute to release readiness and support the transition of capabilities into testing, deployment, and operations.
  • Support quality, governance, and responsible delivery practices, including addressing operational controls such as security and compliance.
  • Coach team members and stakeholders on SAFe Agile values, Scrum practices, and effective delivery behaviors.
  • Facilitate retrospectives that lead to actionable improvements and measurable team progress.
  • Support Agile maturity across the organization by sharing best practices and insights.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies, coach teams, remove impediments, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, engineers, data scientists, testers, security teams, and operations.
  • Strong understanding of software delivery lifecycle practices.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
