Full Stack Engineer

About The Role You’ll be an early engineer at Aldren, working directly with the founding team to build an AI-native product for regulatory teams in pharma and biotech.What you’ll do Build and own the core product interface - document viewers, annotation layers, review workflows Design and implement APIs that connect AI systems to the front-end in a reliable, low-latency way Own the data layer - schema design, query performance, and data integrity in a compliance-sensitive environment Work directly with customers to understand how they work and translate that into product decisions fast Strong opinions on what AI-native UX should look like What we’re looking for Demonstrated experience shipping full-stack products end-to-end Product-minded - you think about the user experience, not just the implementation Shipped AI products (not exclusive to LLMs) - you don’t need to build the models but you know how to build around them Ability to move fast without creating a mess you’ll regret in six months Curiosity about hard, document-heavy domains with high accuracy requirements Experience in Pharma / Biotech a plus but, curiosity is more important Why Aldren Work with a lean team with deep experience in Pharma, AI, and building from 0 to 1.You will have a high level of ownership from day one and shape both the product and the business.#J-*****-Ljbffr
