DevOps Engineering Manager €86,000 - €90,000 + 10% Bonus This role can be managed remotely within the EU with occasional travel to the clients IT hubs across Europe, or on a hybrid basis from Wroclaw, Brno or Barcelona.We’re hiring on behalf of a leading global Manufacturing company seeking an experienced DevOps Team Manager to lead and scale their cloud automation and deployment strategy.You’ll head up a global team of 15 DevOps engineers , driving automation, reliability, and performance across all environments.This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll define best practices, implement CI/CD improvements, and champion DevSecOps across the organisation.Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a distributed DevOps team across multiple regions.Define and execute DevOps/DevSecOps strategy aligned with business goals.Enhance CI/CD pipelines and automate infrastructure using Azure DevOps, Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes .Drive operational excellence, performance metrics, and continuous improvement.Establish a Community of Practice to share and promote DevOps best practices.What You’ll Bring: 5+ years in DevOps or development roles, including 2+ years in team leadership.Strong background in CI/CD, containerisation, and cloud automation (Azure preferred).Proven experience with Git, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Azure Pipelines .Passion for innovation, collaboration, and modern engineering practices.Nice to Have: Agile or ITIL background DevOps certifications (Microsoft / AWS)
