Overview In this role you will drive inclusive, barrier-free experiences across Schneider Electric’s digital products.You’ll lead accessibility governance, audits, and education to embed WCAG-aligned practices.You’ll collaborate with designers, developers, and product managers to ensure accessibility is a core part of the digital lifecycle.This position offers a chance to scale inclusive design and impact user experiences for a global audience.Compensaciones / Beneficios Flexible schedule Hybrid work arrangement Wellwo wellness platform access Wellhub partner gym/spa network Life insurance Stock ownership program Responsabilidades Accessibility Strategy & Governance: define and promote standards, integrate accessibility into design, development, testing, and release processes; establish governance and documentationSo that teams stay compliant Audits, Testing & QA: perform WCAG-focused audits, manual testing with assistive tech, and automated checks; deliver actionable remediation guidance Training, Enablement & Cross-Functional Collaboration: train designers and developers on accessibility best practices; guide teams to prioritize accessibility in delivery Compliance, Standards & Documentation: ensure compliance with WCAG **, ADA, Section 508, EU Web Accessibility Directive; maintain guidelines andproduce progress reports User Engagement & Continuous Improvement: collect feedback from users with disabilities; advocate for user-centered design and identify areas for broader inclusive adoption Requisitos principales Strong knowledge of WCAG ** and related regulations (ADA, Section 508, EU Directive) Experience performing accessibility audits using automated and manual assistive technologies Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and their impact on accessibility Understanding of usability and user-centered design principles Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail abilities Fluent written and spoken English Accessibility certifications such as CPACC or WAS are a plus Collaborative mindset Clear communication Attention to detail WCAG *** HTML CSS
