At Xoople, we’re building the Earth’s data infrastructure layer for AI.Our mission is to enable AI to understand and predict physical changes on the world’s surface by creating Earth’s System of RecordTM-a trusted, enterprise-grade data foundation that connects the physical world to digital systems.By transforming vast amounts of Earth observation data into actionable insights, we help enterprises and governments make faster, smarter decisions about risk, operations, sustainability, and growth.Join our Industry Solutions Engineering team to design secure, scalable solutions using Xoople’s data and technology capabilities.You will connect customer needs with Product, Engineering, Commercial teams, and technology partners, helping integrate trusted Earth intelligence into business workflows and demonstrate clear customer value.Translate customer and industry requirements into practical, high-value solutions using Xoople’s data and technology capabilities.Design and deliver secure, scalable integrations that embed Earth intelligence into enterprise, data, and geospatial workflows.Partner with Product, Engineering, Commercial teams, and technology partners to share customer insight, shape product decisions, and resolve technical challenges.Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience; excellent written and spoken English.~6+ years of hands-on experience designing and delivering cloud-native Data & AI products or platforms across the full product and software development lifecycle.~ Strong systems architecture expertise across enterprise integration, data flows, distributed systems, and microservices patterns.~ Hands-on experience in several of the following: major cloud platforms, APIs, SDKs, web services, databases, Python, Data & AI tooling, GIS technologies, satellite imagery, and Earth observation data.~ an advanced degree or relevant cloud, data, AI, or geospatial certification; experience developing data products with AI models and data science; and hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Databricks, the Esri Enterprise stack, Docker, Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, or CI/CD practices.We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package designed to support your wellbeing and growth, together with meaningful ownership, continuous learning and the opportunity to build a world-first Earth data capability with a global, mission-driven team.We live it through four guiding principles
