Job description
As a Cybersecurity Business Analyst, you will collaborate directly with cross-functional technical and operations teams to refine requirements, implement system updates, and ensure operational excellence across the PKI environment.
- Architecture & Deployment: Refine technical requirements, design and document system architecture updates, execute testing, and oversee technical deployments.
- Operations & Continuity: Manage Disaster Recovery (DR) rehearsal tasks, monitor operational KPIs, and drive continuous performance improvements during run-phase operations.
- Lifecycle Support: Provide hands-on operational support for certificate lifecycle management and perform data management.
Requirements
- Studying towards a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Cybersecurity;
- Familiarity with IT applications, and their infrastructures (Servers, web servers, operating systems and databases);
- Foundation of General IT principles (architecture designs and standards, networks, cyber security).
- Practical knowledge of project management fundamentals and operational methods;
- You take an analytical and proactive approach to solving complex technical challenges;
- You communicate clearly and bring a strong team-first attitude to daily collaboration.
SECURITY CLEARANCE: You will be subject to a BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Standard) check. You may also need to gain UK SC-level Security Clearance or Export Control, depending on the role., This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.

Salary: £24,246
