This role provides technical expertise to support customers modernize their environment and move to cloud-based solutions. Required Skills & CapabilitiesM365 productivity apps including:Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Access, Publisher, Outlook, Bookings, OneDrive, Loop, Lists, Forms, Stream, Whiteboard, Sway, Designer, Clipchamp, To Do, Planner, Project, M365 CopilotAdditional desired skills:SharePoint Online Technical Experience Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 and its various apps and services, including deployment, integration, and advanced configuration.Track record of supporting customer digital transformation through proactive services, workshops, and technical assessments.Role RequirementsFluent English oral and written communication.Strong technical writing, presentation and training skills.Breadth of experience and knowledge across Microsoft 365.The desire to upskill in new/additional technology areas.
