• Design, develop and maintain high-quality backend Java applications and services.

• Strong commercial experience working as a Backend Java Developer.
• Experience designing and developing enterprise-scale Java applications and services.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, clean coding and development best practice.
• Experience with automated testing and unit testing.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working within Agile, multidisciplinary technology teams.
• For senior-level opportunities, experience enabling and supporting other developers and providing technical advice.
