Azure DevOps + Terraform Lead / Operations Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Azure DevOps + Terraform Lead / Operations Engineer to support and manage Digital DevOps environments across development, staging, and production. The role will be responsible for code release deployments, technology upgrades, cloud infrastructure operations, troubleshooting, monitoring, and maintaining highly available application environments., * Manage and support Azure cloud environments across development, staging, and production.

• Execute and troubleshoot code releases, deployments, upgrades, and infrastructure changes.
• Develop, maintain, troubleshoot, and operate Terraform-based Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Build, maintain, and control stage and production environments.
• Design, maintain, and support CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
• Troubleshoot critical incidents and application/platform issues across cloud and on-premises environments.
• Monitor application and infrastructure health and ensure appropriate monitoring, alerting, and observability capabilities are in place.
• Review system health, performance, capacity, and availability and implement improvements as required.
• Collaborate with developers, technology SMEs, stakeholders, vendors, and managed service teams to resolve technical issues.
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), operational documentation, and knowledge-transfer materials.
• Maintain current knowledge of application architecture, technical designs, cloud platforms, and supporting technologies.
• Define and maintain administrative and operational processes supporting existing and new application services.
• Support Level 2 and Level 3 application and infrastructure operations while meeting established Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Work in complex technical environments involving multiple platforms, technologies, and infrastructure components.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Azure, AWS, Terraform, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, GitHub/GitLab, cloud infrastructure, and production operations, along with an ITIL certification.

• Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, GitHub Actions, or GitLab.
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline design, implementation, deployment, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Linux and Windows administration.
• Knowledge of container technologies such as Docker.
• Knowledge of database technologies such as MySQL, MS SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.
• Experience with configuration-management tools such as Ansible, Chef, Puppet, or Salt.
• Strong production troubleshooting, incident management, monitoring, and root-cause analysis skills.
• Ability to work effectively in complex enterprise technology environments.
