IT Support Analyst

Provide first-line IT support to users, both remotely and in person.

Set up, configure and maintain laptops, desktops, mobile devices and other IT equipment.

Support Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive.

Assist with user onboarding and offboarding, including account setup and equipment preparation.

Assist with Microsoft Intune, Entra ID and other cloud-based IT administration.

Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity and peripheral issues.

Work on cybersecurity initiatives.

Need to take a meticulous approach to every task, and be good at troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving problems.

IMPORTANT: The candidate needs to speak excellent English and also be able to speak Japanese to a high standard (at the very least ‘business conversational’ level)., Degree in IT, Computer Science or a related discipline

Good understanding of Microsoft Windows operating systems and PC and Server hardware.

Good understanding of networking and IT infrastructure.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office/Microsoft 365.

Good understanding of cloud infrastructures.

The hours for this role are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday with the requirement to work on a weekend a few times each year (overtime will be paid).
