Job description

Primary- Java MS and Springboot, Secondary -React JS JSenior Full Stack Developer (Java, React, Python/Golang), Design, develop, and maintain full-stack enterprise applications. Build responsive and scalable web applications using React. Develop backend services and Microservices using Java and Spring Boot. Develop and consume RESTful APIs and event-driven services. Collaborate with Architects, Product Owners, UX teams, and developers. Participate in architecture reviews, design discussions, and code reviews. Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices. Support production deployments, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. Contribute to cloud modernization and digital transformation initiatives. Utilize AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality.

Requirements

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong experience in building scalable enterprise applications across both frontend and backend technologies. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React, Microservices Architecture, API development, and cloud-native applications. Experience with Python and/or Golang is highly preferred., 8+ years of software development experience Java 8/11/17 Spring Boot Microservices Architecture React JS (Hooks, Redux, State Management) HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript REST APIs SQL and NoSQL Databases Kafka or Event Streaming Platforms Git Docker and Kubernetes CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI/CD) Agile/Scrum Methodology

Additional Programming Skills (Preferred)

Python for automation, data processing, API integrations, and AI/ML-enabled solutions Golang (Go) for high-performance services and distributed systems

AI Skills

Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as: GitHub Copilot, Code generation Debugging and troubleshooting Unit test generation Documentation creation Refactoring and modernization Productivity acceleration

Preferred Skills

Banking or Financial Services experience Event-Driven Architecture Domain-Driven Design (DDD) Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) API Security (OAuth2, JWT, OIDC) Observability Tools (Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana, Prometheus) Distributed Systems Design Experience developing both frontend (React) and backend (Java Microservices) Experience with Python or Golang in enterprise applications

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
