Sap Program Manager

ResponsibilitiesOwn the SAP platform roadmap across all modules and workstreamsManage the end-to-end change request (CR) pipelineServe as the primary point of contact for SAP across the businessFacilitate release planning and go-live coordination across workstreamsIdentify and drive quick-win automation opportunitiesOwn the SAP BTP layer: iFlow configuration and maintenanceManage the SAP-side configuration of connections to Salesforce, Workday, OneStream, and Microsoft Dynamics 365Oversee e-invoicing compliance across multiple countriesPerform root-cause analysis on SAP integration incidentsAdminister the SAP platform: user roles, authorizations, and system configurationAct as the primary commercial and delivery interface with external SAP vendorsEnsure every open CR has a named owner, module assignment, and ETACoordinate cross-workstream dependencies and sequencingContribute to IT cost visibility for SAP-related spendSupport audit, GDPR, and ISO *** compliance requirementsRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field5+ years of experience in SAP programme management, platform ownership, or technical administrationDemonstrated ability to coordinate a multi-workstream SAP delivery programme across functional architects and business stakeholdersProven track record managing SAP BTP integrationsExperience working with and governing external SAP development vendorsFamiliarity with adjacent enterprise systems (Salesforce, Workday, Dynamics 365, OneStream)Background in multi-country SAP e-invoicing compliance is strongly preferredExperience in fast-paced, multi-entity international environmentsCore CompetenciesDemonstrates expertise in SAP platform management, including SAP BTP integrations and compliance with e-invoicing regulations across multiple countries.Proven ability to coordinate complex, multi-workstream SAP delivery programs while managing vendor relationships and ensuring compliance with audit standards.#J-***-Ljbffr

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field 5+ years of experience in SAP programme management, platform ownership, or technical administration Demonstrated ability to coordinate a multi-workstream SAP delivery programme across functional architects and business stakeholders Proven track record managing SAP BTP integrations Experience working with and governing external SAP development vendors Familiarity with adjacent enterprise systems (Salesforce, Workday, Dynamics 365, OneStream) Background in multi-country SAP e-invoicing compliance is strongly preferred Experience in fast-paced, multi-entity international environments Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in SAP platform management, including SAP BTP integrations and compliance with e-invoicing regulations across multiple countries.
