Are you a builder at heart?Someone who enjoys turning ideas into working products, trying out new technologies and taking ownership from idea to implementation?At ahead, we’re looking for aSenior Frontend Engineerwho wants to help us further develop our SaaS platform and explore how anAI-first approachcan change the way we build software.We’re actively experimenting with new tools and ways of working.Some are already part of our daily development, others we’re still figuring out.What matters to us is being open to trying new things, keeping what works and challenging what does not.If you enjoy building products, exploring new approaches and taking responsibility for your work, we’d be happy to hear from you.What you’ll doBuild and ship.Develop and continuously improve our intranet SaaS platform, used by organizations to connect, engage and inspire their employees.Take ideas to production.Turn concepts into working solutions – from early exploration and prototyping through implementation, testing and release.Build AI-first.Use AI throughout your development workflow to explore ideas, write and review code, test, debug and document.Work with leading AI development toolssuch as Claude and Codex and evaluate new technologies and approaches as they emerge.Help shape the product.Work closely with product management and the wider team to understand problems, challenge assumptions and define solutions – not just implement predefined tickets.Improve how we build.Experiment with new technologies, tools and workflows that can help us move faster, improve quality or build a better product.Our current technology stack includesReact, TypeScript, Jest, Next.js and Microsoft Azure– but our stack is not set in stone.We continuously evaluate the best technologies and tools available.What we’re looking for We’re looking for abuilder, not just a developer.You have several years of experience building modern web applications and strong JavaScript / TypeScript and React skills.More importantly, you’re curious about where software development is heading and want to be part of that change.You:Have strong experience (3+ years) building and shipping modern web applications withReact and TypeScript .Think inproducts and user outcomes , not just technical requirements.Have anAI-first mindsetand actively explore how AI and new tools can improve the way you build software.Are curious and open toexperimenting with new technologies, tools and approaches– and pragmatic about what adKworks.Takeownershipof your work and are comfortable making decisions independently.Enjoy working independently as well as collaborating with a team, exchanging feedback and challenging assumptions constructively.Speakgood English .German is a plus, but not a requirement.A degree in computer science or a related field is welcome, butwhat you’ve built and how you think matters more to us than your formal education.How we work You’ll join our team inBarcelonain a hybrid setup, combining time together in our central office with the flexibility to work from home.We’re a team that valuesownership, curiosity and execution .We exchange ideas openly, challenge each other constructively and give people the freedom to make things happen.We want to work with thebest tools available today – not the tools that happened to be standard five years ago.That means continuously experimenting with new AI models, coding agents, development environments and workflows.Technology will keep changing.We expect you to change with it and ideally be one of the people pushing us forward.If you’re a builder who wants to explore what software engineering looks like in an AI-first world, we’d love to hear from you.#J-*****-Ljbffr
