Available positions require that the selected candidates have a strong understanding of one or more of the skills described above. Project roles span all phases from new business acquisition and technology development to established program support., * Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline with 2 years of relevant experience or Master’s degree with 1 year (Level 2)
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline with 5 years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 3 years, or PhD with 1 year (Level 3)
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline with 8 years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 6 years, or PhD with 4 years (Level 4)
- An additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree for certain positions
- Must have an active Secret clearance at time of application with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI clearance, * Master’s Degree or above in Engineering discipline
- Active Top Secret or Top Secret/SCI clearance
- Experience working on spacecraft systems
- Experience in developing, managing, and decomposing requirements
- Experience in system architecture, CONOPs, and/or model-based system engineering
- Experience in subsystem, payload, or system integration
- Experience using DOORS and Cameo
- Security+ certification
- Strong people skills
- Excellent communication skills (upward and downward)

Primary Level Salary Range: $72,100.00 - $234,600.00
