Requirements

A minimum of 3 years of experience in IT service management, IT audit, IT controls, or governance roles, ideally in a regulated environment. Good understanding of Service Level Agreements (SLA) governance, service reporting, operational risk, and compliance processes. Ability to coordinate evidence collection, follow-up actions, and remediation activities with different stakeholders. Structured, analytical, and detail-oriented working style, with strong communication and collaboration skills. Professional proficiency in English and Spanish are required.
