Job description

AD4 Octógono busca incorporar un/a Técnico/a de Operaciones L2 para trabajar en entornos críticos de producción, participando en la gestión, análisis y resolución de incidencias y en la evolución de las plataformas tecnológicas.Se requiere Ingeniería Técnica en Informática y conocimientos de Oracle, DBTools (Guardium, Redis, Topaz) y ITIL, con experiencia en operaciones L2 y entornos distribuidos.Se valorará capacidad analítica y orientación al cliente en un servicio 24x7.#J-*****-Ljbffr

Requirements

Se requiere Ingeniería Técnica en Informática y conocimientos de Oracle, DBTools (Guardium, Redis, Topaz) y ITIL, con experiencia en operaciones L2 y entornos distribuidos. Se valorará capacidad analítica y orientación al cliente en un servicio 24x7.
