Security Systems Technician / Security Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Security Systems Technician to support the installation, programming, commissioning, testing, and customer training of security and low-voltage systems. This role involves working on projects ranging from small system upgrades to large-scale installations, ensuring systems are fully operational and meet customer expectations. The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on technical work, problem-solving, and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment., * Install, program, test, and troubleshoot security, access control, CCTV, fire alarm, and other low-voltage systems.

• Perform system startup, commissioning, inspections, and final project verification to ensure functionality and quality standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation to complete installations accurately.
• Train end users on system operation and provide outstanding customer support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain project documentation and communicate effectively with customers, project teams, and supervisors.
• Travel to customer sites as needed to support installations, service calls, and project implementation.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other business applications.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally, with occasional overnight travel.

Preferred Experience

• History in construction, low-voltage installation, security systems, or related technical fields.
