Job description

The SAP OM&E Consultant is responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting Order Management & Execution processes with a strong focus on Order BOM. The role bridges Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, Planning, Procurement, and Shop Floor Execution to enable customer-specific and order-specific product configurations.

Required SAP Skills

Strong SAP Order BOM knowledge
SAP PP / Manufacturing
SAP SD integration
SAP MM integration
BOM configuration and BOM explosion
MRP and production planning
Production/Planned Orders
Engineering Change Management
Variant Configuration knowledge
Make-to-Order / Engineer-to-Order processes
Material master and production master data
Cross-functional integration across Engineering, Planning, Procurement, Production, and Sales

Preferred Experience

7+ years of SAP functional/solution experience
Multiple SAP manufacturing implementations
Experience with complex configurable or engineered products
Experience in industrial manufacturing, aerospace & defense, machinery, automotive, high-tech, or similar environments
SAP S/4HANA implementation or transformation experience
Experience leading Order BOM design workshops and translating business requirements into SAP solutions
