Software Engineer (Enterprise Experience, Backend)

Our partner is looking for a Software Engineer (Enterprise Experience, Backend) based in Spain.This role is focused on building the backend capabilities that help large organizations operate complex developer infrastructure confidently and reliably. You’ll join a cross-functional engineering team responsible for the administrator and operator experience, from scalability and upgrades to observability, security, and auditability. The position combines hands?on Go development with database engineering, distributed systems, performance optimization, and production support. You’ll own features end to end, contributing from technical design through implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing operation. You’ll work closely with product, design, platform, and QA colleagues to solve real?world enterprise challenges. 2+ years of professional software engineering experience. Professional experience developing and shipping production software with Go.
