Softserve seeks a Java Lead Developer for our Arbo, Galicia team in hybrid Spain. You will lead hands-on development, drive architecture, and mentor engineers while delivering robust microservices with Java 17+, Spring, and Docker/OpenShift.Ideal candidates have strong experience with JPA/Hibernate, Kafka, and databases like MariaDB and PostgreSQL, plus testing with JUnit and JaCoCo.
