Blu Selection is seeking a Head of Data Office to lead our Data Governance and Enterprise Data Management efforts, transforming data into a trusted asset across the organization.You will build the Data Office, recruit and manage 3-5 data professionals, develop a cross-functional data stewardship network, and define a strategic roadmap aligned with AI initiatives and SAP/PLM transformations.This role requires 8+ years in data governance, 5+ years in leadership, strong stakeholder influence, and #J-*****-Ljbffr
