Organizational Effectiveness & Change Analyst

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Organizational Effectiveness & Change Analyst to drive impactful initiatives that enhance organizational performance and facilitate seamless change management. In this role, you will partner with leadership and teams across the organization to analyze current processes, develop innovative solutions, and implement strategies that foster a high-performing, adaptable workplace. Your expertise will empower our organization to navigate change confidently while strengthening employee engagement and operational efficiency., * Collaborate with leadership to assess organizational effectiveness and identify areas for improvement through data analysis and stakeholder feedback.

• Design, develop, and deliver engaging training modules using tools like Adobe Captivate to support change initiatives and skill development.
• Support change management efforts by creating communication plans, facilitating workshops, and mentoring managers on best practices for leading change.
• Utilize HR systems such as Workday, HRIS platforms, Salesforce, and SharePoint to track progress, maintain records, and generate reports on organizational metrics.
• Assist in developing and updating policies related to human resources, talent development, and organizational structure to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to team members and managers to foster a culture of continuous improvement and effective communication.
• Contribute to the maintenance of internal portals and collaboration tools to ensure easy access to resources and information for all employees.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in Adobe Captivate for creating interactive e-learning content tailored to organizational needs.
• Experience in teaching or training delivery with a focus on adult learning principles.
• Knowledge of human resources practices, including talent management, employee engagement, and change management strategies.
• Familiarity with Workday, HRIS systems, Salesforce, SharePoint, and other enterprise platforms for data management and reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor colleagues and lead initiatives that promote organizational growth.
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
