Data Center Engineers and Managers

• We are hiring experienced professionals to support the growth and operation of large-scale data center environments across the Netherlands. We are seeking candidates with data center experience who are interested in either operational/technical roles or project management opportunities.

What You’ll Do

• Depending on your background and experience, responsibilities may include:

Data Center Operations & Engineering

• Support daily operations within a critical data center environment.
• Perform monitoring, inspections, and routine operational checks.
• Support electrical, mechanical, and critical infrastructure systems.
• Take operational readings and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with troubleshooting, repairs, maintenance activities, and equipment testing.
• Support preventative maintenance programs.
• Escort contractors, vendors, and service providers while ensuring adherence to security procedures.
• Follow established safety protocols, emergency procedures, and standard operating procedures.
• Assist with emergency response activities and incident management.

Data Center Project Management

• Manage the delivery of data center infrastructure, network, and IT projects.
• Coordinate activities across operations, engineering, vendors, and external partners.
• Manage project schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and budgets.
• Ensure operational readiness and successful project handover.
• Lead issue resolution and stakeholder communications.
• Support capacity planning, infrastructure deployments, upgrades, and migrations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the data center environment.

• 2+ years of data center experience.
• Experience working in critical environments where uptime and operational excellence are essential.
• Knowledge of data center infrastructure, networking, servers, or facilities systems.
• Ability to work independently and follow established procedures.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Additional Qualifications for Technical Roles

• Experience with electrical systems, controls, instrumentation, or maintenance activities.
• Experience with building management systems or electrical power monitoring systems is beneficial.
• OSHA, NFPA 70E, or equivalent electrical safety certifications are highly valued.

Additional Qualifications for Project Management Roles

• Experience delivering infrastructure, IT, network, or data center projects.
• Understanding of project planning, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
• Practical operational knowledge of data center environments.
