UST España & Latam busca un Product Owner para gestionar el backlog de un equipo conversacional. El candidato ideal debe contar con más de 5 años de experiencia, especialmente en entornos de tecnologías digitales y Chatbots., * Gestionar el backlog del equipo conversacional.

  • Traducir necesidades de negocio en requisitos claros.
  • Participar en ceremonias ágiles.

Requirements

  • Más de 5 años de experiencia como Product Owner o Business Analyst.
  • Experiencia con Chatbots, Voicebots y entornos de Contact Center.
  • Fuertes habilidades de coordinación y gestión de stakeholders., Gestión del backlog Chatbots y Voicebots Metodologías ágiles Jira Confluence Inglés B2
