Senior FastAPI Engineer

7+ years building backend systems in production

6+ years Python

3+ years FastAPI

Strong PostgreSQL / SQL

2+ years Redis

Strong experience designing and building production APIs

Experience with async / distributed systems and background processing

Strong understanding of reliability, scalability and production performance

Comfortable taking end-to-end ownership of backend systems

Experience using AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor or Copilot

Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
