Data Analyst - Power BI (NHS role)

We are looking for someone to provide high-quality performance analysis, business intelligence and data quality support to community mental health teams, helping services to understand demand, capacity, activity, outcomes and data quality issues impacting on reporting.

The post holder will work closely with clinical, operational and corporate colleagues to turn complex information into meaningful insight that supports service improvement, effective decision-making and the delivery of safe, timely and person-centred care. The role will be both responsive and proactive, providing responsive support to senior Care Group leaders and pro-actively reviewing, identifying, and problem-solving data quality issues. Support will be offered by the GMMH Business Intelligence and Performance Team, but we require someone who is a self-starter and can show initiative, identify areas of work, and manage their own workload.

SQL, Power BI, ideally NHS data experience, * Experience of working in an analytical, performance, information or business intelligence role, within the NHS

£25.26/hr + pro rata 25 days per year paid holiday (worth ~£3.56/hr) + NHSP pays for your Employer’s NI (worth ~£5.35/hr) ==> ~£34.17/hr

37.5 hours per week

Hybrid : 4 days/week work from home, 1 day per week on site in Prestwich, Pay: £27.00-£33.00 per hour
