Job description

In this position, you will take on architectural and design responsibility for the platform layer bridging a mature core system and new applications. You will draft and implement backend services, APIs, and scalable infrastructure for a product in daily real-world use, while helping actively shape team structures and technical processes from the ground up., Design and develop resilient backend systems and API endpoints for our central platform.

Define and substantiate technical architecture and design choices for upcoming system modules.

Regularly improve, scale up, and tune current services alongside the core platform infrastructure.

Integrate fresh functionalities into our proven legacy system utilizing neat and structured interfaces.

Assume full technical responsibility for operational performance, reliability, and deployment processes in production.

Serve as a key technical advisor in our growing Platform Team, guiding technical frameworks and methodologies from the very beginning.

Requirements

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong track record as a Senior Backend or Fullstack Engineer in long-term product development, proven architecture experience with object-oriented languages (Java, C#, .NET, or Python), and the willingness to take on technical ownership for sustainable solutions., Multi-year track record working as a Senior Backend or Full-Stack developer in a dedicated product-focused environment rather than project-based agencies.

Deep expertise in using object-oriented languages like Java, C#/.NET, or Python.

Demonstrated background in system architecture with a history of owning and maintaining the systems you build.

Solid practical knowledge of designing APIs, microservices, and managing communications between distributed architectures.

Good understanding of containerization technologies, continuous integration/continuous deployment, and current DevOps workflows.

Passion for joining an early-stage team structure and helping to define joint workflows and team dynamics.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
