Job description

• Remove delivery blockers and improve team flow and effectiveness.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies and support successful delivery.
• Coach teams on Agile ways of working, collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Mentor and support Scrum Masters and Agile practitioners.
• Drive Agile maturity and continuous improvement across the wider organisation.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master, with hands-on delivery experience.
• Experience supporting multiple teams and/or contributing to wider Agile transformation.
• Strong experience resolving delivery blockers and managing cross-team dependencies.
• Demonstrable coaching skills across team dynamics and Agile practices.
• Experience leading or mentoring Scrum Masters or Agile practitioners.
