Job description
· Fully mobilisation of new contracts, you will lead the operation aspect of the new contract start up and then hand over the contract once fully established.
· Support the Area Managers with training our team of Cleaning Operatives to deliver high-quality cleaning services across numerous sites.
· Covering the Area Cleaning Manager role when they are on periods of annual leave.
· Staff recruitment, from start to finish ready to hand over to the management team.
· Assist in ordering appropriate levels of stock/supplies at all sites.
· Collate data monthly and complete the reports for our key accounts.
· Run weekly reports and populate,
· Supporting the Operations Manager with set tasks TBC.
Requirements
· Strong communication skills / peer relationships - both informal and formal
· Good organisation skills, excellent prioritisation and time management skills
· Experienced in managing contract cleaning services.
· Experienced and credible manager who can motivate and engage a team.
· Proactive and confident
· Conflict Management - dealing with issues when they arise.
· Attention to detail/accuracy when dealing with timesheets.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Package - in particular, Excel and Word
· Excellent I.T skills required.
· Numerate and able to use computer systems including emails.
· Possess the ability to set and role model high standards.
· Recruitment, induction and HR experience
· Experience in staff training.
Requirements
- Full, clean UK driving licence (essential)
- Willingness to travel across Greater Manchester and surrounding areas
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings throughout the week.
- Subject to an Enhanced DBS check, * Proficient with Microsoft package
Experience:
- cleaning management: 2 years (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)

- Permanent Position Full Time
- Monday to Friday (weekend work may be required to meet business needs)
- 20 annual leave plus bank holidays increasing to 25 days annual leave after 12 months service in the full holiday year thereafter.

Pay: £33,000.00 per year
