You’ll manage several implementations at once, understand your clients’ priorities and turn their requirements into clear, workable plans. This is a hands-on delivery role with responsibility for timelines, customer communication and the quality of each implementation. You’ll explain what the software can do, recommend sensible approaches and raise risks early. Feedback from your projects will help improve the team’s methods and the customer experience.
- Lead customer discovery sessions and define implementation priorities.
- Configure the platform using AI prompting with the company’s in-house LLM user interface to agreed business needs.
- Deliver concurrent projects against milestones and agreed outcomes.
- Run user sessions and explain technical choices clearly.
- Resolve delivery issues with product, support and customer teams.

- Ability to manage parallel projects, deadlines and varied stakeholder priorities.
- Confidence translating business needs into software configurations and clear actions.
- A strong academic record with a 2.1 or above and A’s and B’s at A Level (or equivalent).
- Strong communication skills for discovery, progress updates and user sessions.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience implementing B2B software for large organisations.
- Experience designing or refining prompts for AI tools.
Benefits & conditions
You’ll have responsibility for customer outcomes and room to contribute ideas that make delivery more effective. The role involves close collaboration with product and customer teams, as well as a defined path for progression within the implementation team. Each project brings different challenges and gives you scope to apply your judgement. As well as a starting salary of £40,000-£45,000, plus training budget and a quarterly bonus of up to 20%.
