IT Techniker

• Role Description This full-time, on-site Junior Software Technician role is based in Vienna and supports daily technical operations startup teams. The role involves installing and configuring software, providing first-level technical support to internal users, and assisting in troubleshooting issues related to applications and systems. The Junior Software Technician will monitor system performance, document incidents and resolutions, and escalate complex issues to senior technical staff when necessary.

• Candidates should possessi strong Analytical Skills to diagnose issues, interpret system behavior, and support data-informed decisions.
• Candidates should possess Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills to respond to user requests, resolve common problems, and escalate advanced cases effectively.
• Candidates should possess Software Installation and configuration skills to deploy applications, apply updates, and maintain stable environments.
• Candidates should possess clear Communication skills to interact with non-technical stakeholders, document technical processes, and collaborate within a cooperative team setting.
• Basic knowledge of operating systems (e.g., Windows, macOS, Linux) and common business software; familiarity with ticketing or helpdesk tools is beneficial.
• Ability to learn quickly, follow structured procedures, and work accurately also fast learning to adopt and deploy AI solutions.
• Relevant vocational training, technical degree, or equivalent practical experience in IT or software support; previous experience in a startup or financial services environment is an advantage.
• Comfort working in English and German, or willingness to improve language skills as needed for team and client communication.
