Solution Architecture Design and develop solution architectures based on business and technical requirements Architecture Leadership Lead architecture discussions with business stakeholders, Product Owners, developers, and external consultants SAP Delivery Support Support SAP implementation, change management, incident management, and DevOps activities Impact Analysis Conduct IT landscape and solution impact analyses and define future-state solution architectures Governance & Compliance Ensure compliance with IT standards, governance processes, and ITIL practices Testing Support Support System and User Acceptance Testing activities Consultant Coordination Coordinate external consultants and developers and contribute to knowledge sharing

SAP Product Compliance Strong experience with SAP Product and REACH Compliance, SAP Product Safety, and/or SAP S/4HANA Product Compliance SAP Experience 10+ years of professional IT experience in relevant SAP modules and solutions SAP EHSM Knowledge Strong knowledge of SAP EHSM processes, Product Safety, Product Compliance, and regulatory requirements Material Master Good understanding of SAP Material Master and its role in Product Compliance processes Implementation Experience Experience with at least two full-cycle SAP implementations in a Solution Architect or IT Expert role Stakeholder Leadership Ability to independently lead discussions with business and IT stakeholders Communication Skills Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with advanced English proficiency, Experience with additional SAP modules Project Coordination Project management or team coordination experience Regulated Environments Experience in regulated environments and with Computer System Validation SAP Tools Experience with Jira, SolMan, and ServiceNow Global Collaboration Experience working remotely within international or global teams
