Piloter le volet IT d’un projet CRM Sales international, coordonner les différents streams techniques et piloter les livrables (architecture, développement, data). Définir le plan de bascule, gérer le budget IT et agir comme interlocuteur principal de l’intégrateur. Compétences Requises:
- CRM
- Architecture, développement, interfaces, data, tests et déploiement
- Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Service Cloud / RCA
- MuleSoft / Talend
Requirements
Environnement Techniques: Salesforce, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, RCA, MuleSoft, Talend, Docusign, Micr, CRM Langues: Anglais professionnel
