Job description
Our client is seeking a Clinic Information Processing Coordinator to support the accuracy, completeness, and organization of clinical research information at its Walnut Creek location. This is a strong opportunity for someone with clinical research experience who enjoys detail-oriented, non-patient-facing work involving study documentation, data entry, quality review, and problem solving., * Review cproblem-solvingh records for completeness, accuracy, and consistency with study protocols, internal procedures, and research guidelines
- Enter study information into electronic case report form systems accurately and within required timelines
- Identify missing, inconsistent, or questionable information and work with research staff to resolve issues
- Review and respond to data queries while helping ensure information matches supporting source documentation
- Support sponsor and monitor visits by helping address outstanding documentation and data questions
- Partner with coordinators, quality team members, and other research staff to maintain accurate and organized study records
Requirements
- 1-3+ years of experience in clinical research, biological research, or a closely related environment
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, although relevant professional experience may be considered in place of a degree
- Working knowledge of clinical research processes, medical terminology, and industry standards
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies and work through data or documentation issues
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and web-based research or data systems
- Organized, dependable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced research environment

- Compensation of $25-$29 per hour, based on experience
