Job description

Analyze requirements and generate reports with proficiency using Databricks and SQL.
Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL queries and scripts for report generation.
Troubleshoot data discrepancies in-depth, analyzing and fixing issues from technical and domain standpoints.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical expertise as needed.
Maintain strong communication and customer interfacing standards.

Requirements

10+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or developer.
HEDIS experience is mandatory.
Strong domain understanding of US Healthcare domain including member, claims, pharmacy, EHR, and provider data.
Strong hands-on expertise in Databricks and SQL is required.
Ability to analyze requirements and generate reports with proficiency using Databricks and SQL.
Ability to troubleshoot data discrepancies in-depth and provide fixes from both technical and domain perspectives.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
