Junior Software Tester (Agile/DevSecOps)

of the Client systems by participating in Agile software development and DevSecOps practices. Assist in defect resolution, feature deployment, and quality assurance to ensure secure, reliable, and scalable software delivery., * Participate in Agile/Scrum delivery cycles, including sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria.

• Execute test cases for new features, bug fixes, and modernization updates within 3-week sprint cycles.

• Document test results, defects, and improvement opportunities in management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) ensuring traceability.

• Assist in scheduled and ad-hoc demonstrations to maintain real-time feedback loops.

• Assist in structured engineering change control, ensuring all test results and defects are traceable to sprint or Kanban tickets.

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development lifecycle.

• Experience with test management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and automated testing frameworks.

• Strong attention to detail, documentation, and communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.
