As a Staff Engineer Digital Design on our Research & Development team, you’ll have the opportunity to merge creativity with your technical expertise by shaping the future of technology, driving groundbreaking projects, and bringing new ideas to life., * Implement and/or review subblocks of non-volatile memories (NVM)

• Contribute to the specification and definition of the microarchitecture of non-volatile memories for automotive applications
• Ensure that the digital design meets the requirements regarding functional safety and security
• Drive technical decisions for your functional area and execute the implementation
• Collaborate closely with hard macro designers, verification engineers, digital design engineers, and firmware engineers to deliver thoroughly verified and robust IP solutions
• Create innovative architectures using the latest design techniques and tools
• Run logic synthesis and perform design verification activities, including linting, CDC analysis, and RDC analysis

A degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field of study

• At least 4 years of relevant experience in defining and implementing digital circuits and functionalities
• Experience with the digital design flow, including RTL and gate-level simulation, linting, logic synthesis, STA, UPF (low-power design), and DfT
• Proficiency in HDLs such as SystemVerilog or VHDL
• Strong knowledge of C and scripting languages such as Perl or Python
• Fluency in English (mandatory)
