Job description

This is a client-facing role at the centre of what we do.

You’ll represent Intorqa’s research to the teams who act on it, running regular intelligence briefings with security and anti-cheat teams at major publishers, presenting findings clearly and ensuring clients remain engaged with the work being carried out on their behalf.

You don’t need a background in security research or engineering. What matters is your ability to take complex, nuanced findings and communicate them effectively to engineers, analysts and managers, understanding what different audiences need to know and how best to present it.

Over time, you’ll develop a strong working knowledge of the cheating and threat landscape, but your core role is to be the bridge between our research and the people who use it.

Day to day, you’ll:

  • Manage client relationships through Slack, email and regular meetings
  • Run intelligence briefings and present research findings to client teams
  • Curate and deliver intelligence through the Intorqa platform
  • Contribute to client-facing reports, alerts and briefing summaries
  • Work closely with our Operations Manager and research team to ensure work is delivered accurately and on time
  • Maintain a consistent, professional client experience across every account

Our clients depend on us for clear, relevant intelligence every week. You’ll play a key role in making sure that intelligence lands effectively.

Requirements

  • A confident, articulate communicator who is comfortable presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong written English, with the ability to produce clear reports, updates and summaries
  • Highly organised, reliable and comfortable managing multiple client relationships at once
  • The self-discipline to work autonomously in a fully remote environment
  • An interest in AI and a willingness to use AI tools to improve the quality and efficiency of your work
  • Genuine curiosity about video games and online multiplayer ecosystems. You don’t need to be an expert, but you do need to care about the space

Bonus Points

  • Experience in client success, account management or another client-facing role
  • A background in games journalism, esports, community management or the wider games industry
  • Familiarity with threat intelligence, cybersecurity, online trust and safety, or anti-cheat
  • Experience presenting complex information to technical audiences such as engineers or developers

About the company

Intorqa is the first threat intelligence company built exclusively for the games industry. We track and analyse cheating ecosystems, including cheat providers, bots, exploits and closed communities, helping some of the world’s biggest game studios and publishers understand the threats affecting their titles.

Our clients include anti-cheat, security and trust teams at major games companies. Every week, we work directly with these teams to share intelligence, explain emerging threats and help them understand what is happening across the wider cheating ecosystem.
