Implementation Specialist

• Responsible for end-to-end implementation of various features
• Work closely with sales and customer success to understand customers’ needs and to ensure successful product implementation

You will be responsible for driving customers success and ensuring our customers have a positive experience with our product. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and engineering, to ensure our customers’ needs are met.

Preferred:

• Experience in Implementation, Customer Success, or Sales functions in SaaS

• Estimated total earnings: $70,000-$75,000 if meeting KPIs
• Base Salary: $50,000
• Bonus: Up to 10% of base, TBD in December every year
