Requirements
- Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DHS “PUBLIC TRUST”; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred
- Bachelors Degree
- FIVE (5) or more years of database administration experience supporting enterprise applications
- Experience administering Oracle databases or comparable relational database platforms
- Experience with database performance tuning, backup and recovery, monitoring, security administration, and access control
- Experience supporting development, test, staging, and production environments
- Experience supporting application deployments, troubleshooting, and operational issue resolution
- Experience working in Agile/SAFe environments
What Would Be Nice To Have :
- Experience supporting Federal IT programs preferred
- Experience supporting enterprise application implementations
- Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, Agility, GitHub, or similar tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with cross-functional technical and business stakeholders
- Momentum Financials/iFAMS or ERP database support experience
- Experience supporting federal production systems or regulated environment
- Experience with automation, scripting, cloud-hosted database services, or DevSecOps practices
Benefits & conditions
The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$116,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
