Senior Design Engineer

As a Senior Design Engineer, you will play a key role in leading the design and development of innovative automated machinery and robotic systems from concept through to manufacture and installation. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, customers and suppliers to deliver cutting-edge engineering solutions. Key responsibilities will include: Leading the mechanical design of bespoke machinery/automation equipmentManaging projects through the full product development lifecycle Producing detailed 3D CAD models, manufacturing drawings and technical documentation Driving design improvements to enhance performance, reliability and manufacturability Supporting prototype development, testing and validation activities Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers Liaising with manufacturing teams to ensure smooth product delivery Working directly with customers to develop and deliver innovative engineering solutions What You’ll Need to Succeed, Degree qualification
