ATC Programmer Analyst I - RECURRENT*

The Programmer Analyst I will exhibit journey level programming skills; to provide production support analysis, design, and programming; to assume primary responsibility for the less complex new development projects; and to function in a support role on major new development project teams. Must possess two (2) years of work experience in a production environment (within the past five (5) years), performing analysis and programming for the purpose of developing business applications and/or experience with the following:

• .Net/.Net Core
• C#/ASP.net
• SQL Server
• Full-stack web development (React.JS, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript ES6) Enterprise Financial and Government Business Applications *

REQUIRED EDUCATION: Must possess thirty (30) semester (45 quarter) units of completed coursework in in programming, computer science, or software engineering. (A copy of transcripts is required unless you have a bachelor’s degree in a qualifying field.)

SUBSTITUTION: One (1) additional year of qualifying experience may substitute for the education requirement.

SUBSTITUTION: A bachelor’s degree in programming, computer science, or software engineering may substitute for one (1) year of experience.

• Experience with .Net Web technologies, C#, HTML5, CSS3, XML, AJAX, REST, and JSON.
• Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Software Engineering.
• Strong time management and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to handle changes in business requirements and set priorities across multiple projects.
• Good communication skills, ability to manage project tasks independently and communicate with clients.
• Ability to formulate and optimize/troubleshoot advanced SQL Queries.
• Experience with SharePoint
